CWZ系列船用卧式自吸离心泵

1．1本船用卧式自吸离心泵符合CBM2218-82“船用卧式自吸离心泵型式和基本参数”及CBM2219-82“船用卧式自吸离心泵技术条件”的规定。

1．2本泵适用于输送船舶舱底压载水或用于海水冷却、消防、卫生等方面，输送温度不高于70℃的海水或淡水。

    The pump Can be used on board a ship to pump and deliver bottom ballast water or sea water for cooling，fire，sanitary as well．The temperatures of the media transferred should not exceed 70℃．

1．3泵的性能参数应符合表1、表2的规定。

    The characteristics parameters of the pump should satisfy those 0ne given in Table 1 and Table 2.

2．1泵为卧式悬臂、单级、单吸。轴向进水。自吸泵采用外混合式泵体结构。泵体由吸水弯管、蜗壳、气水分离腔等部分组成。蜗壳下部有轴向回流孔。

    The pump,with a horizontal suspension arm,is a single-stage,one-way  suction．axial entry,ａnd self-sucking one．nle structure of the pump body IS of mixed flow type．The pump body is composed of a suction bend，a snarl casing，an air-water separating cavity and a water storage cbambeL At the bottom ofthe snail casing there is all axial return flow opening．

2．2后盖内为密封腔，内装有填料密封或端面密封。泵轴和叶轮的重量，以及叶轮产生的径向力，由托架内的两个向心轴承支承。泵和电机通过弹性联轴器联接并传递扭矩。

    Inside the nerar pump cover there is a sealed cavity,in which fiUer seal or axial seal is fitted．The weight ofthe pump shaft and the vane whirl，together with the radial force created by the vane whirl，is supported by the two centripetal bearings in the bracket．To convey torque，an elastic coupling joint is installed to connect the pump and themotor．

2．3泵体下部铸出两个底脚，泵与电机一起固定在底座上。皮带轮传动型式用户必须在合同上注明，否则按供底座型式供货。

    Two stands are cast to the lower part of the pump．Both the pump and the motor ale fixed to the base．Our customers who want pumps driven by belt pulley are suggested to specify it clearly in the contract SO as to avoid wrong shipment．The other model of pumps with a base will be delivered otherwise．
